Abstract

The invention discloses a device and a method for testing sensitivity of flexible film sensing elements. The device for testing the sensitivity of the flexible film sensing elements comprises a pair of translation assemblies which are arranged on a bottom plate, an aluminum sheet which is clamped between the pair of translation assemblies and a multimeter; the pair of translation assemblies draw close to each other to bend the aluminum sheet; the aluminum sheet is used for adhering a flexible film sensing element; and the multimeter is connected with the flexible film sensing element and is used for measuring a resistance value of the flexible film sensing element. Because the aluminum sheet is compressed by utilizing the pair of translation assemblies, the flexible film sensing element arranged on the aluminum sheet is subsequently bent, and the sensitivity of the flexible film sensing element is calculated through detecting the change of a resistance value of the flexible film sensing element during bending. The sensitivity testing device disclosed by the invention has the advantages of being simple in structure, low in measuring requirements, convenient in measurement and low incost.
