[0030] In this experiment, 6 populations were selected as the main production areas of Agrocystis spp. collected in 2013 from the lake-surrounding areas of the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau in Hercynian, Haibei and Hainan regions. When sampling, 9-20 representative adult plants were selected for each population. According to the principle of random sampling, the distance between individuals was 5-10m. Collect fresh and complete young leaves of plants in the wild, and store them dry in plastic bags filled with silica gel. The geographic location, latitude and longitude, and sample size are detailed in Table 1.
