A sun shield is erected right above the fixing piles, and floats are connected to the fixing ropes. The deepwater aquaculture area comprises a plurality of tide lifting components and a plurality of second hanging strips. An output end of the nutrient solution tank is communicated with a delivery hose which is provided with a plurality of liquid outlet holes at equal intervals. The device and the method have advantages that the shell growth speed and yield can be increased, and shells are put into a seabed to serve as sands for construct an island by accumulation, so that storm erosion resistance of the island is improved.
