The culture method comprises the following steps: selecting a culture sea area; selecting young oysters; designing an oyster seabed culture device; putting the culture device into the culture sea area and enabling the whole device to be located on the seabed; and management in the oyster culture period: during the oyster culture period, harvesting oysters when the oysters reach the commodity specification and the soft parts of the oysters are fat and full. The culture device comprises an upper floating body part and a lower fish reef structure, the floating body part is of a serial connection structure formed by culture ropes, a pressure-resistant buoyancy body, a plurality of shells and hanging rings are connected in series from top to bottom, the fish reef structure is a hollow base body, a cross beam is arranged on the upper portion of the fish reef structure, the hanging rings are fixedly connected with the cross beam, and the floating body part is fixedly connected with the fish reef structure. Open sea seabed oyster culture sea areas are developed and utilized, storm resistance and falling prevention are achieved, the number of attachments is small, large-size oysters can be cultured, and the quality and yield of the cultured oysters can be remarkably improved.
