Influence on the original nutrient component in the meat homogenate is little. The imprinted crosslinked chitosan resin has the advantages of simple and convenient production method, easily controlled operation process, reproducibility and reutilization, removal rate of the cadmium in the pinctada martensii meat homogenate of 86.15 to 91.23 percent and preservation rate of amino nitrogen of over 95.62 percent.
