The base sequence of the CsSSCD1 is as shown in SEQ ID No. 1 (sequence identifier number 1). The negative regulation effect of the gene is verified by using a VIGS technology and a transient overexpression technology. Besides, targeted amino acid metabolome analysis shows that tyrosine synthesis is weakened by CsSSCD1 expression inhibition, aromatic amino acid synthesis key enzyme AAAT expression is inhibited, glutamic acid accumulation is reduced but not obvious, glutamine accumulation is obviously reduced, and finally theanine degradation is hindered and synthesis is increased. It is proposed for the first time that a tyrosine degradation pathway may regulate and control accumulation of theanine through metabolic pathway interaction and a substrate competition mechanism, and on this basis, it is identified and functionally verified that a key gene CsSSCD1 in the pathway and theanine metabolism are in a negative correlation relationship.

Use of aromatic l-amino acid decarboxylase as marker in detection product for hepatic encephalopathy

Use of an aromatic L-amino acid decarboxylase as a marker in a detection product for hepatic encephalopathy. It has been confirmed that the abundance of aromatic L-amino acid decarboxylase genes encoded by gut microbiota, as well as the product of aromatic L-amino acid decarboxylase, phenylethylamine, are increased in patients with hepatic encephalopathy; and compared with blood ammonia, hepatic encephalopathy can be more accurately diagnosed by means of phenylethylamine. This suggests that the occurrence of hepatic encephalopathy and the degree of progression of the disease can be quickly confirmed by detecting the patients' feces and serum, which increases the demand for clinical detection of hepatic encephalopathy. It has been confirmed that the baseline serum phenylethylamine level can effectively predict the incidence of hepatic encephalopathy at 3 months after TIPS surgery, which provides a detection means for early warning of hepatic encephalopathy.

The DNA-binding transcriptional regulator MalT variant is obtained by substituting one or more amino acids in the amino acid sequence constituting DNA-binding transcriptional regulator MalT to change the activity of the protein, and a recombinant microorganism comprising the variant is capable of efficiently producing L-tryptophan, L-phenylalanine, or L-tyrosine.
