The control system and the wireless monitoring system are both mounted on the operation and maintenance ship body; the wave power generation assembly is arranged at the inner bottom of the operation and maintenance ship body and comprises a permanent magnet circumferential array wheel, an upper induction coil, a lower induction coil, a wave power generation assembly body and a track; the safeguard stability telescopic assemblies are mounted on the left side and the right side of the operation and maintenance ship body and comprise mounting seats, upper arms, lower arms, upper arm driving motors, lower arm driving motors and power generation safeguard stability heads; and the wave power generation assembly and the safeguard stability telescopic assemblies are both electrically connected with the control system, the safeguard stability telescopic assemblies stretch out and draw back under control of the control system, and the control system is connected with the wireless monitoring system.
