Water is guided through the water pipes, and enters the guardrail pipes after passing through the upper extension pipes and the lower extension pipes in sequence. The water entering the guardrail pipes is sprayed out through the blowholes, so that the pavement is watered and wetted, and the pavement cracking and flying dust are avoided.
