Abstract

The recycling device comprises a hydraulic power system, an oil extracting device and an API underground inserting pump, wherein the hydraulic power system is used for driving a steel wire rope to drive a weighing rod or a cable connector connected with a polish rod to further drive the API underground inserting pump to doup-down reciprocating motion; the oil extracting device comprises the polish rod, a high-pressure union, an oil tube short circuit and a pump tee joint; the lower end of the high-pressure union is inbutt joint with the oil tube short circuit; the lower end of the oil tube short circuit is in butt joint with the upper end of the pump tee joint; the lower end of the polish rod is connected with theweighing rod; the upper end of the polish rod is connected with a steel wire rope; the API underground inserting pump comprises a sleeve and a valve rod; the sleeve is connected with the oil tube; and the valve rod is connected with the weighing rod or the cable connector to penetrate into the sleeve.
