A balance biogroup is released in the aquaculture pond which is partitioned into a balance area and a static aquaculture area bya partition net in the aquaculture pond. Directional fertilization and sampling integrated rods are released into the aquaculture pond. By release of the balance biogroup into the aquaculture pond tobalance a fresh water pearl mussel aquaculture water environment of the aquaculture pond, growth of fresh water pearl mussels and pearls is promoted, fertilizing quantity reduction, aquaculture cost reduction and effective improvement of water quality are realized under identical conditions. In addition, by arrangement of the partition net for separation the balance biogroup and the pearl mussels,the directional fertilization and sampling integrated rods are used for feeding the pearl mussels, the balance biogroup and the pearl mussels are prevented from scrambling for feed, pearl mussel feedconsumption is reduced, and aquaculture cost is saved.
