The method for implanting the nucleuses and culturing the pearls by selecting the three key nucleus implanting positions of the visceral sacs of the clams, namely the ridge nucleus position, the abdominal foot nucleus position and the annular intestine nucleus position effectively improves the pearl forming rate by fully using the characteristics of large gonad positions of the three nucleus positions adaptive to culturing the pearls, few intestines and visceral organs affecting nucleus implantation and the like; the nucleus implanted mother clams have extremely low death rate and high implanted pearl nucleus retention rate and high-quality pearl rate; and the method has remarkable economic benefit and social benefit, and can be applied to scale production.

As the pelecypodium of the mussel or the pearl shell is above a visceral sac and has large space compared with the visceral sac or a mantle, and the pelecypodium secretes more nacre, the pearl nucleus cannot be spit out easily if the pearl nucleus is implanted on the pelecypodium and the diameter of the pearl nucleus is expanded, moreover, the mussel or the pearl shell secretes more nacre after the pearl nucleus is coated. The pearl cultivating method ensures that the pearl nucleus can be inserted into the pelecypodium accurately, the cell sheet can wrap the pearl nucleus better and the pearl nucleus has no need of punching a hole. The pearl has large particle, good translucent luster, short growth cycle and high economic value.

The method is characterized in that within a certain culturing time, the pearl mussel culturing density is reduced correspondingly with the extension of the culturing time, that is, 2000 pearl mussels are cultured per mu in the first year, 1500 pearl mussels are cultured per mu in the second year, 1000 pearl mussels are cultured per mu in the third year, and 500 pearl mussels are cultured per mu in the fourth year and later. Hyriopsis cumingii is cultured with a mesh bag hanging method, five pieces of the hyriopsis cumingii are cultured per bag in the first year, four pieces of the hyriopsis cumingii are cultured per bag in the second year, three pieces of the hyriopsis cumingii are cultured per bag in the third year, and two pieces of the hyriopsis cumingii are cultured per bag in the fourth year and later. According to the culturing method, on one hand, the culturing water surface can be used reasonably according to sizes of the pearl mussels, on the other hand, the pearl mussels are cultured in a relatively suitable water body all the time, and a good water body environment is created for the pearl mussels, so that growth of the pearl mussels and protection of the ecological environment are facilitated, and the pearl culturing benefit is increased.
