Abstract

The invention discloses an siRNA for inhibiting expression of an RKIP gene; the siRNA is a double-stranded RNA and has the sequences: a positive-sense strand of 5'GCUGCAUAGUUAUCAAUAUTT3' and an antisense strand of 5'AUAUUGAUAACUAUGCAGCTT3'. The small interfering RNA that can inhibit the expression of the RKIP gene is dug through a biological method, and decline of the mice spatial cognitive ability and changing of a hippocampal morphology structure caused by microwave radiation can be inhibited significantly. An important theoretical basis is provided for clinical application of the siRNA, anda new idea is provided for research and development of prevention and treatment drugs.
