The shoe-shaped shell (1) comprises a foot containing part, the height of the foot containing part can be adjusted according to the pressure detected by the vamp pressure sensor (7), and the air pressure of the air bag cushion (4) can be adjusted according to the pressure detected by the surface contact liner (8).
