The method for conducting air swept type air humidification through the humidifying cup specifically comprises thesteps that the humidifying cup is filled with a humidifying medium; after entering the humidifying cup through the air inlet, air passes through an airflow channel between the humidifying medium andthe cup cover and then flows out of the air outlet; and humidification of the air is completed. The humidification effect of oxygen is achieved. The problem that the nasal cavity becomes dry in the oxygen inhalation process of a person is solved.
