Abstract
The invention relates to a pharmaceutical composition with a thrombus prevention effect. The composition is prepared from the following traditional Chinese medicines in parts by weight: 42-78 parts ofmirabilite, 42-78 parts of rheum officinale, 42-78 parts of cacumen biotae, 21-39 parts of cortex phellodendri, 21-39 parts of mint, 21-39 parts of herba lycopi, 4.5-6.5 parts of borneol and 10.5-19.5 parts of cassia twigs. Through local external application, the composition can obviously reduce thrombus occurrence rate caused by PICC catheterization; the occurrence rate of related symptoms of the PICC catheterization, such as local swelling and pain and bleeding, is also obviously reduced; and thrombus related indexes, such as D dimer and FIB, are obviously reduced compared with those of a control group. The pharmaceutical composition disclosed by the invention has an obvious effect in the aspect of preventing thrombosis, can prevent and treat the hypercoagulable state of blood, conformsto the concept that the thrombus caused by the PICC catheterization depends on prevention, is safe, convenient and economical in prevention process, brings more benefits to patients, and improves thelife quality of tumor chemotherapy patients.
