The method comprises the steps: generating members in aconsensus group of a current round of intelligent service transaction blockchain system; generating a leader candidate of the round; enabling each leader candidate to pack all transactions of the round into a block and send the block and the certificate to a consensus group; enabling the consensus group member to operate a reputation-based consensus mechanism and then publish the blocks to the blockchain; and enabling the leader to update the reputation change of the round into the reputation block and publishes the reputation block. According to the method, a verifiable random function is used for generating a leader, so that computing power waste is avoided, and part of nodes with relatively high reputation are selected to implement a consensus mechanism to reduce system load and network flow; the reputation score affects the weight of the voting node in the consensus, so the node with a higher reputation value can obtain rewards more possibly through a weighted sampling algorithm,the reputation chain is used for storing and updating the reputation of the node, and a trusted third party is not needed to manage the reputation.
