A frame of the electronic equipment is provided with the physiological detection device; the physiological detection device is used for acquiring a detection signal for a contact part, and the contact part is a part, in contact with the physiological detection device, of a detected object; and the electronic equipment is used for determining physiological indexes of the detected object according to the detection signal. Relatively little additional influence and burden are generated for thedetected object, and the physiological indexes of the detected object in a daily life state can be obtained; and a detection process is more efficient, and a detection result is more accurate, therebyhelping the detected object to know own physiological conditions at any time.
