Abstract

The invention discloses a reliability virtual test method for a multi-stage gear reducer. The reliability virtual test method comprises the following steps: 1) establishing a parameterized model of main parts of a multi-stage gear reducer by using Pro / E; 2) according to the established parameterized model, importing LS-DYNA to carry out a virtual prototype simulation test, simulating the working states of the multi-stage speed reducer in various failure modes, and extracting the maximum working stress; 3) obtaining the distribution type and distribution parameter value of the stress and strength data of each part under the actual working condition according to the maximum working stress and material mechanical property statistical data; and 4) according to the distribution type and the distribution parameter value of the stress and strength data, obtaining the reliability of the multi-stage speed reducer by utilizing a stress-strength interference model.
