The direct-drive fan is separately connected with the controlled current source and the line equivalent impedance and is used for outputting fan current signals to the line equivalent impedance. The multiplying amplifier is connected with the controlled current source and is used formultiplying and amplifying the fan current signals from an external system according to the preset number of fans and outputting the multiplied and amplified fan current signals to the controlled current source. The controlled current source is connected with the line equivalent impedance and is used for outputting a controlled current source signal to the line equivalent impedance by taking the multiplied and amplified fan current signal as a reference value; and the controlled current source signal and the fan current signal are accessed to the power grid through line equivalent impedance.
