Abstract

The invention discloses a dyed timber recycling and reprocessing process which comprises the following steps: S1, collecting dyed timber, screening and distributing the dyed timber by adopting a screen, and soaking the timbers with different thicknesses by adopting normal-temperature water; S2, putting the soaked timber into a high-speed stirring device to be stirred at a high speed; S3, subjecting the stirred and cleaned timber to high-temperature water immersing, stirring, and dehydrating; S4, subjecting the decolored timber to drying in a drying box; S5, conveying the dried timer into a machine to be ground and smashed, and drying the smashed material again; S6, finally, mixing the crushed and dried materials with white latex in proportion, and pressing a mixture into a plate; and S7, subjecting the pressed plate to drying treatment.
