Abstract

The invention provides a bionic cell membrane poly vesicle nano material as well as a preparation method and application thereof, and belongs to the technical field of nano medicine. The vesicle comprises a hydrophilic shell and a hydrophobic inner core, wherein the hydrophilic shell is connected to the two ends of the hydrophobic inner core, and the hydrophilic shell and the hydrophobic inner core form a structure similar to a phospholipid bilayer structure; and the hydrophobic inner core is formed by coordinating hexadecyl trimethyl ammonium bromide on the surfaces of gold nanorods AuNRs with indocyanine green and then combining a coordination product with a PCL fragment, the hydrophilic shell consists of a PEG fragment, and the AuNRs are vertically erected on the outer layer of the vesicle. The bionic cell membrane poly vesicle structure provided by the invention can promote release of nano drugs in vesicles and subsequent intracytoplasmic displacement, so that the PTT/PDT combinedtreatment effect is enhanced; and protein adsorption in blood circulation can be shielded, protein crowns are prevented from being generated, the nano drug can be better accumulated at a tumor part, and the off-target effect is reduced.
