Abstract

The calculation method comprises the steps: establishing a two-dimensional axisymmetric field, and in the two-dimensional axisymmetric field, establishing a wire-level model of a coil needing to calculate circulation loss; for the coil which does not need to calculate the circulation loss, establishing a coil-level model of the coil; connecting the wire-level models and the coil-level models to generate a transformer model; performing two-dimensional time-harmonic field simulation on the transformer model, extracting the current of the coil of which the circulation loss needs to be calculated from the simulation result, and calculating the circulation loss of the corresponding coil based on the current. According to the method, the relative positions and transposition conditions of the parallel wires in the coil can be accurately reflected,and the calculated circulation loss of the transformer coil is more objective and accurate.
