Abstract

An injection molding system is disclosed, and comprises an extrusion system configured to produce a mixture; a discharge channel communicated with the extrusion system and including an outlet configured to discharge the mixture; and a forming device configured to receive the mixture. Each of the forming devices comprises a hollow space and a feeding port communicated with the hollow space and connected with the outlet. An injection molding method includes providing the extrusion system configured to produce the mixture, a discharge passage including an outlet, and first and second molding devices; engaging the outlet with the first forming device; injecting the mixture into the first forming device; separating the outlet from the first forming device; moving the discharge channel away fromthe first forming device and towards the second forming device; engaging the outlet with the second forming device; injecting the mixture into the second forming device; and separating the outlet from the second forming device.
