The invention provides a rapid and accurate coat color trait fixing method and a rapid breeding method for a new black pig variety. The rapid and accurate coat color trait fixing method comprises thefollowing steps: firstly, observing and counting male parent, female parent, F1 generation and F2 generation coat color phenotypes and proportions of the bred black pig variety to determine that coatcolor inheritance of the variety belongs to single-gene control; secondly, screening genes for controlling the coat color, and preliminarily determining a major gene (the major gene of black coat is an MC1R gene); then performing extraction, amplification and sequencing to obtain the genotype of the major gene (the F2 generation genotype black homozygote is E<D1>E<D1>, the heterozygote is E<D1>E and the black and white spotted pig is EE), and meanwhile, determining that the hair color of the cultivated variety is dominant heredity under single-gene control; and finally, breeding blackpigs with black homozygote (E<D1>E<D1>) genotypes reserved in the F2 generation so as to fix the coat color in the F3 generation. The rapid and accurate coat color trait fixing method and the rapid breeding method overcome the defects of long consumed time and low purity of conventional phenotypic breeding, and have the advantages of fast breeding process, high breeding accuracy and the like.
