The method comprises the steps that a workpiece is placed on a forming die, and an electromagnetic forming module provided with a forming coil is placed above the workpiece; first pulse current is introduced into the forming coil, so that electromagnetic force is generated on the workpiece through the electromagnetic effect, and the workpiece is driven by the electromagnetic force to deform towards the forming die side; a liquid medium is injected into the workpiece, and an electro-hydraulic forming module is placed on the workpiece; and second pulse current is introduced into the electro-hydraulic forming module, so that explosive shockwaves are generated on the surface of the workpiece through the electro-hydraulic effect, and the workpiece is driven by the explosive shock waves to deform towards the forming die side till the workpiece is attached to the forming die.
