The method comprises the steps: using ArcGIS for recognizing a month-by-month straw open-air incineration fire point; dividing the whole region into six areas according to geographic positions; based on the identified thermal radiation power and region division of the month-province straw open-air incineration fire point, calculating the thermal radiation energy of the month-province straw open-air incineration fire points; acquiring the annual-provincial open-air straw incineration proportion data based on actual investigation and establishing open-air straw incineration proportion estimation models based on satellite remote sensing thermal radiation energy for the six areas respectively; establishing a year-province straw open-air incineration proportion estimation database containing all target years and provinces; collecting other activity level data and emission factors required for estimating emission of air pollutants in open-air straw incineration by a bottom-to-top method; and estimating an annual-provincial straw open-air incineration air pollutant emission list.
