According to the defrosting method for the full-quality air conditioner, accumulation of frost on a surface air cooler is avoided, and defrosting is clean and thorough; whether the full-quality air conditioner needs to be controlled to enter the defrosting mode or not can be accurately judged, a unit is prevented from frequently entering the defrosting mode, a defrosting interval and a defrosting operation time of each time are judged according to actual operation working conditions instead of fixed values, and therefore intelligent judgment and automatic adjustment of the defrosting time and the defrosting interval are achieved.
