Abstract

The invention provides a method for electrocardiogram data compression, a terminal and a storage medium. The method comprises the following steps: performing segmentation fitting on electrocardiogram data according to a set error to obtain a plurality of line segment sets; acquiring a starting point abscissa set Hs, an end point abscissa set He, a starting point ordinate set Vs and an end point ordinate set Ve of each line segment, wherein the starting point ordinate set Vs and the end point ordinate set Ve are the same; representing each ordinate in the starting point ordinate set Vs by a data interval; and compressing the starting point ordinate set Vs, and recording an ordinate compression result Wvs, the starting point abscissa set Hs and the end point abscissa set He so as to represent the compressed electrocardiogram data. According to the compression method provided by the invention, the electrocardiogram data is compressed twice, so that the data compression rate is increased, the storage space can be reduced, and the requirement on the communication bandwidth and the communication power consumption are reduced.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the technical field of data processing, in particular to a method, terminal and storage medium for electrocardiographic data compression. Background technique [0002] Streaming data is a set of sequential, massive, fast, and continuously arriving data sequences. In general, streaming data can be viewed as a collection of dynamic data that grows infinitely over time. For example, in the medical field, dynamic electrocardiography is a commonly used means of screening and monitoring of cardiovascular diseases in clinical practice, and an important basis for diagnosis and evaluation can be obtained by continuously recording patients' ECG signals. The ECG real-time monitoring system needs to focus on power consumption control in order to prolong the battery life of the device and realize ECG monitoring with long-term signal stability. Communication power consumption occupies a relatively large proportion of the total power consum...
