Abstract

The invention discloses a multi-grip socket bit which allows for efficient torque force application onto a socket fastener. The bit comprises at least one screwdriver bit body. The screwdriver bit body further comprises a plurality of side walls, a first base face and a second base face. The plurality of side walls radially surround a rotational axis of the screwdriver bit body. Each side wall comprises a first side edge, a second side edge, a side face and at least one combination hole. The combination hole creates an additional clamping point, thereby preventing sliding between the screwdriver bit body and the socket fastener. The combination hole is recessed into the side. The combination hole extends on the screwdriver bit body from the first base face toward the second base face. The combination hole is located at a first distance from the first side edge and at a second distance from the second side edge.
