The invention discloses an under-chain transaction method based on payment settlement, and the method comprises the steps: inputting a request for building a user set U of the payment settlement, taking the maximum stability as an optimization target, selecting n users from the set U to form the payment settlement, taking the formed payment settlement as a node in a payment channel, and distributing a transaction service charge according to the contribution of the user to the payment settlement; taking the sum of the length and the weight of the minimized transaction path as an optimization target, and selecting nodes one by one to construct a payment channel for transaction; and dynamically adjusting the reputation of the payment channel according to the number of rounds of transaction and the transaction result by taking the minimization of the disintegration rate of the payment as an optimization target. According to the invention, the transaction success rate can be improved, the total guarantee deposit of the user in the payment channel network is reduced, the number of transactions published on the block chain due to the disintegration of the payment channel is reduced, and in addition, the transaction volume can be improved without an additional channel balance mechanism for payment.
