Wherein the sensor assembly comprises a bubble sensor, a pressure sensor, a flow sensor and a temperature sensor, the coolant container is arranged on the periphery of the organ box in a surrounding mode, an open hole is formed in the side edge of the coolant container, and the temperature sensor detects the temperature of perfusate in the organ box through the open hole; the bubble catcher comprises three openings which are respectively a liquid inlet, a filling outlet and a circulating outlet, a partition plate is vertically arranged at the bottom of the bubble catcher, and the partition plate divides the bubble catcher into a plurality of communicated cavities; and the semiconductor refrigeration element is assembled outside the bubble catcher.
