Embodiment Construction

[0047] Now, with the aid of the detailed drawings (wherein like numerals correspond to like elements in the various views), it is possible to obtain from Figure 1-5As seen in 11-13, the pin 12 of the fixing assembly 10 has a generally cylindrical shape extending from the handle 100 as a whole. There is a base 13 at the junction of the pin 12 and the handle 100, the structure of which is shown in Figure 1-4 middle. On the other hand, the countersunk recess 102 is shown in Figs. 11-13, particularly by Figure 13 , it can be seen that it ensures a flush fit between the handle 100 and the panel 200 (panel 200 is usually the front panel of a desk drawer, of course there are many similar uses that can also use the fixing assembly 10). The pin 12 comprises two longitudinal grooves 14, 16 opposite each other at 180°. Such as figure 2 As shown in , the longitudinal channels can be slightly curved inwards. from Figure 4 with 5 It can be seen in the perspective view that the l...

Abstract

The fixing assembly includes a fixing head and a pin. The pin includes longitudinal channels and an enlarged head which may include an undercut formed immediately below it. The fastener head comprises several fastener arcuate portions which are radially secured by several radial rings with end rings forming the tip of the fastener head. An eyelet is formed between the arcuate portions of the fixing member and engages said longitudinal channel by means of a guide ridge formed on the inner arched wall. The eye also includes several inwardly facing ramp surfaces that are forcibly separated by the enlarged head of the pin during insertion. Thereafter, in the fully assembled state, the inwardly facing ramp engages the undercut formed under the enlarging head.

Description

technical field [0001] The present invention pertains to a fixture mounted by linear movement for securing handles such as desk drawers and the like. Background technique [0002] In the prior art, screw parts, such as screws, are often used to fix the handle to the table, and are also commonly used in many other similar purposes. However, the use of screws requires access to both sides of the plate to which the screws are secured, and may result in increased expense. On the other hand, there are various types of fasteners available. However, many of these fixtures are shipped as two separate pieces, thus also adding to the cost of installation. Similarly, there are many such mounts that do not provide a snug fit on the mount panel. [0003] U.S. Patent No. 5,028,187, issued to Sato on July 2, 1991, entitled "Reliable Mount Comprising Integral Insert and Socket," discloses a positive mount that includes an integral insert and socket, including a The...
