This invention relates to an embedded mobile Web server composed of a processor unit made up of ARM chips, a Flash storage and a network interface circuit, in which, the processor unit has a fixed service systematic program, the Flash storage is used in storing Web page data of users, after the device is accessed into the network, the program obtains the IP address information assigned by ISP dynamically and transmits it to a domain name management center, which is a domain name management server with a fixed IP address setting up a domain-name-IP image relation for all dynamic IP addresses of this kind on the network to realize a re-direction function. After a browser inputs domain names of a target network station locally, the name is analyzed by a domain name management center and logged on the target network station.
