Benefits of technology

"The present invention provides an adaptable orthopedic insole that can be accommodated to a variety of footwear and is comfortable for users. The insole has a flexible hollow foothold with flexible walls and containing granular filling, which can adapt to the user's foot by changing the curvature angles of the top surface of the foothold. The insole can be made in standard sizes and shapes and is typically attached to the user's footwear using a rigid plate embedded in the bottom face of the insole. The insole can be used in a variety of footwear and is comfortable for users. The invention provides an improved solution for people who suffer from irregular or abnormal foot patterns."

Problems solved by technology

A significant portion of the population suffers from irregular or abnormal foot pattern, which are typically associated with physical discomfort induced by prolonged standing, walking and or running.
The characteristics of healthy and normal feet are prone to change by aging, which in turn might cause such physical discomfort as well.
