However, the heat exchanger coil 10 having undergone zinc galvanizing and anticorrosion coating cannot undergo a welding process, a bending process, etc. for manufacture in a serpentine shape, due to damages of the zinc galvanizing and anticorrosion coating.
This may cause the conventional serpentine-type serviceable heat exchanger to be very vulnerable to corrosion.
However, the injection of the antifreeze solution and the anticorrosive agent may result in increase of initial investments costs, and periodic injections thereof may increase maintenance and repair costs.
Furthermore, when the antifreeze solution and the anticorrosive agent are replaced by new ones, waste materials may occur and the waste materials may result in environmental destruction.
This may cause drastic increases of initial investment costs and driving costs.
