The invention discloses a driving standardization monitoring system for locomotive drivers, which is a system that enables online real-time intelligent identification and further can standardize the standardization operation of locomotive drivers during driving. A monitoring system receives a command of a LKJ analysis service item to drive an audio output device to prompt the locomotive driver tooperate in time; drive an image acquisition equipment to collect the gestures of the driver and carry out intelligent analysis in real time, meanwhile, score the gestures of the driver in the serviceitem; and drive an audio acquisition equipment to collect the call and response voices of the driver and carry out intelligent analysis in real time, meanwhile, score the call and response phrases ofthe driver in the service item. If the driver does not make a gesture, does not make a call or a response, or the score is low, the monitoring system notices a data transmission subsystem to send thedata (audio clip, recognition result, LKJ information) to a ground analysis system. When the driver is operating, a look-out state visual recognition service detects the look-out state of the driver in real time. If the driver closes eyes, looks left and right, leaves the position, or yawns and so on, the service drives the audio output device to promptly remind the driver to look-out, and send the violation situation to a ground analysis unit through the data transmission subsystem.
