The application discloses a
skin-biomimetic composite microporous membrane and a manufacturing process thereof. The
skin-biomimetic composite microporous membrane comprises, from top to bottom, a woven mesh layer, a cracked PU film layer and an adsorption layer. The woven mesh layer is provided with mesh holes through which
mouth parts of mosquitoes can pass. The cracked PU film layer has cracks and can be pierced by the
mouth parts of mosquitoes. The adsorption layer is used for adsorbing mosquito feeding liquid. The woven mesh layer is used for supporting the cracked PU film layer, improving the structural strength of the microporous membrane, and reducing the occurrence of wrinkling, deformation and the like. The cracks of the cracked PU film layer can allow a small amount of mosquito feeding liquid to pass through, so as to emit an
odor to attract mosquitoes. After the mosquitoes approach, the cracked PU film layer is pierced by the
mouth parts, so that the mosquito feeding liquid adsorbed by the adsorption layer is sucked, so that the purposes of attracting mosquitoes and feeding mosquitoes are achieved. The application facilitates the cultivation of mosquitoes containing
Wolbachia, reduces human work, reduces labor cost, and has a better feeding effect.
