It includes a soaking cleaning unit and a spray cleaning unit. The soaking tank in the soaking cleaning unit stores a certain level of cleaning fluid, sufficient to submerge the bottom of the wheel. A turbulence-inducing component is installed inside the first channel. When the impeller of the turbulence-inducing component rotates, it creates a swirling flow of cleaning fluid, flushing away the mud on the wheel, forming a simultaneous soaking and cleaning mode, which helps soften and remove hardened mud.
