The concentration percentage by mass of polyacrylate is divided into two types, 10% and 25%. According to the invention, the impregnated-type non-woven are manufactured by performing the process of first tiling, punching through up and down, hot baking, hot ironing, adding the polyacrylate, drying, and hot ironing to the fibers for the first time.
