According to the spraying coating drying device, microwave drying is achieved through the multiple sets of multi-cavity klystrons in the drying mechanism, the temperature of materials is increased through microwave penetrating heating, and water in coating is vaporized and rapidly evaporated; and the thermal inertia of microwave drying is small, high-temperature roasting cannot be caused to the inner side of a wall, wall cracking is prevented, the overall drying temperature is low, efficiency is high, and the requirement for low-carbon emission is met while environmental protection and energy saving are achieved.

The method comprises the following steps: determining a photovoltaic generating panel unit area under the condition that a water cooling condition is not taken and a first panel surface temperature of a photovoltaic generating panel under unit output power; calculating a photovoltaic generating panel unit area in a first period when the water cooling condition is taken and a second panel surface temperature of the photovoltaic generating panel under the unit output power; calculating a generating efficiency increase value of the photovoltaic generating panel in the first period when the water cooling condition is taken; calculating a prediction period corresponding to the first period and corresponding output power of the photovoltaic generating panel; calculating a generating capacity of the photovoltaic generating panel in the prediction period; calculating a high-temperature high-pressure steam amount of an optothermal generating system in the first period, and according to the high-temperature high-pressure steam amount, calculating a generating capacity of the optothermal generating system; and calculating a generating capacity of a water cooling photovoltatic-optothermal integrated power generation system. According to the invention, the generating capacity of the water cooling photovoltatic-optothermal integrated power generation system can be accurately predicted.
