spleen-reinforcing snap bean filling and a preparation method thereof. The pumpkin roll with qi-tonifying and
spleen-reinforcing snap bean filling is made of the following raw materials in parts by weight: 3-4 parts of
cucumber juice, 1-2 parts of
lotus seed
powder, 2-3 parts of purple eggplant
powder, 10-12 parts of
camellia oil, 5-6 parts of snap bean, 1-2 parts of white atractylodes
rhizome, 1-2 parts of root of kudzuvine, 1-2 parts of
lotus seeds, 200-210 parts of pumpkins, an appropriate amount of table
salt solution, an appropriate amount of fresh
lime, an appropriate amount of white
crystal sugar, an appropriate amount of
carrageenan, an appropriate amount of
