Abstract

A light alloy seat back frame for a vehicle seat, comprising a pair of partitioned side parts, an upper part of the side parts connected, a lower part formed in a substantially flat shape and having a width, the lower part is formed in the partition The rear lower regions of the sides extend between and connect the partitioned side parts, the upper, side and lower parts are integrally made of light alloy, and a band-shaped metal plate is fixed to a surface of the lower part.
