Method of breeding one-year wild silkworm

A wild mulberry silkworm breeding technology is applied to the field of low-cost artificial feed for raising 1-year-old wild mulberry silkworms, which can solve problems such as artificial breeding of 1-year-old wild mulberry silkworms, and achieve the effects of increasing the probability of ingesting feed, reducing costs, and strong phototaxis.

Problems solved by technology

However, in the process of artificial breeding of wild silkworms, the difficulty in breeding is the 1st instar silkworms. Therefore, how to solve the problem of artificial breeding of 1st instar wild silkworms is the key to improving the ability of raising wild silkworms in batches and reducing the cost of breeding

Embodiment

[0013] The method for raising 1 age wild mulberry silkworm with artificial feed, its steps are as follows:

[0014] 1. Before raising wild silkworms, clean and disinfect the silkworm rooms and silkworm tools; and sterilize the eggs of silkworm eggs;

[0015] 2. Prepare feed according to the manual of artificial feed, and process it into 5×2×0.2cm 3 of flakes;

[0016] 3. Move the hatched wild mulberry and ant silkworms into a closed container with 3 to 4 pieces of artificial feed. The volume of the container is 65cm 2 ×1.8cm, stocking density is 0.9 head / cm 2 ;

[0017] 4. In a rearing environment where the temperature is 25±1° C., the relative humidity is 70-75%, and the light is dark, feed the whole age once, and develop into 2-year-old wild mulberry silkworms after 6-8 days.

[0018] Referring to accompanying drawing 1, be respectively in container volume: A=65cm 2 ×1.8cm, B=110cm 2 ×2cm, C=160cm 2 Under the condition of raising 80 ant silkworms in each container of ...

Abstract

The invention discloses a insect breeding method, especially a low cost method for raising first-instar wild silkworm using artificial feedstuff. Sterilizing silkworm egg surface, transferring newly hatched wild silkworm to closed container placed with artificial feedstuff under dark condition, environment temperature 25í‚1 degree, relative humidity 70-75úÑ.ú¼Dimension of container is 60-70cm2í‡1.6-1.8cm, feeding density is 0.9-1.2 / cm2. After 6-8 days second-instar wild silkworm is bred. The present invention effectively increase the feedstuff intake of wild silkworm and promote second-instar newly-molted silkworm rate by limiting the breeding number, controlling the container dimension and shrinking the movement space. The present invention also reduce the cost and be suitable for batch production due to that the artificial feedstuff has property of saving labor, cleaning and not limiting by environment condition and that the feedstuff has not include the agar.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a method for raising insects, in particular to a method for raising 1-year-old wild mulberry silkworms with low-cost artificial feed. Background technique [0002] The wild silkworm and the silkworm belong to the Lepidoptera Bombyx mothidae, and they have a common ancestor - the ancient wild silkworm. Wild mulberry silkworms have been selected and eliminated in a long field environment, while silkworms have been cultivated under directional selection indoors under artificial conditions. Therefore, wild mulberry silkworm has many qualities that silkworms do not have, such as stress resistance, drug resistance, adaptability to temperature changes, strong grasping power of gastropods, active action, migratory ability, mimicry, etc. The comparative research objects and genetic resources of genetic breeding are valued and utilized. However, wild silkworms live in the natural environment and carry various pa...
