Abstract

The invention provides a laser oscillation device, which can suppress the reflector supporting member from deforming resulted from the thermal deformation of laser oscillation device. The said laser oscillation device comprises a box body with laser oscillator for generating laser, a first reflector for guiding laser generated by the said laser oscillation device and a second reflector arranged parallelly with the first reflector for guiding laser generated from the first reflector; a reflector supporting member shared to be mounted with the first reflector and the second reflector, the said reflector supporting member being mechanistically jointed by only three fixing components at each acme of trigon, relative to the box body of the laser oscillator.
