Abstract

The invention relates to a circular binder mechanism, comprising a shell, and a first and second hinge plates supported by the housing for pivoting movement. A first circular component is arranged on the first hinge plate, and the first circular component can move along with the pivoting movement of the first hinge plate between the closing position and the opening position opposite to a second circular component. An interlocking structure is used for lock the first circular component and the second circular component in the closing position. An actuator is mounted on the shell and moves opposite to the shell. The actuator is used for driving the first hinge plate and the second hinge plate to pivotally move, and to drive the first hinge plate to move along a direction that is basically parallel to the longitudinal axle of the shell opposite to the second hinge plate.
