The efficiency in degrading toxic gases of HC and CO in the automobile exhaust can reach higher than 70 percent, the automobile exhaust degenerating material of the invention can be recycled, and the degradation degree to toxic gases after the automobile exhaust road surface degraded by the invention is flushed by rain can be still maintained above 60 percent.
