Abstract

The present invention relates to a grid computing system for testing the application program capacity of a server. The grid computing system comprises an application server installed with application program; at least two clients which are installed with the capability measuring program and generate the capability measuring data of the application server, wherein the capability measuring data of the application server is generated according to the load which is exerted to the application program and carries the polt. The grid computing system also comprises a capability measuring server which dispenses the capability measuring program to the clients, conveys the load command, collects and analyzes at least the capability measuring data generated by the clients. The grid computing system tests the capability through creating the request of the predictable actual user. The grid computing system can be used as a tool for computing the internal memory of the computing system and testing the actuating logic in the development stage of the application program, and can also be used for preventing the occurrence of problem beforehand in the execution process after the installation of system, therefore reducing the occurrence of execution error and furthermore economizing the expense.
