A networking method of dedicated carrier frequency subdistrict of multimedia broadcast / multipoint transmission service and system thereof, the method comprises steps of: defining a plurality of basic lead codes and corresponding scramblers for a special time slot of a MBMS dedicated subdistrict; configuring a code pair different from the basic lead code configured for adjacent subdistrict for a network side device of each MBMS dedicated subdistrict, then sending the basic lead code in the basic lead code pair and data scrambled according to corresponding scrambler on time slot of a wireless sub frame of the subdistrict. The system is characterized in that the network side device of each MBMS dedicated subdistrict comprises a configuration module and a sending module. The method of the invention provides downlink synchronization and subdistrict search functions for the MBMS dedicated subdistrict as well as avoids mutual interference of adjacent subdistricts which causes a problem to realize the downlink synchronization.
