Abstract

A portable generator set comprises a generator, a fuel tank, an air filter guard plate, a pouring orifice guard plate, a silencer guard plate and a control panel; wherein the bottom of the generator is supported by an underframe fixedly connected with the generator; the fuel tank is a plate shaped hollow structure, with one end fixed on the top of a motor support plate, the other end fixedly connected with the generator through a bracket of the fuel tank; and a handle arranged on the top of the fuel tank; the air filter guard plate is arranged at the right side of the generator, with upper and lower ends respectively and fixedly connected with the bracket and underframe of the fuel tank; the pouring orifice guard plate and silencer guard plate are respectively arranged at the back and front sides of the generator, and the edges of the two adjacent ones of the group consisting of the pouring orifice guard plate, silencer guard plate, control panel, air filter guard plate and fuel tank are jointed to form a portable case structure without bottom. The invention is characterized by compact structure, small volume, light weight, convenient carrying and the like, as well as little noise, good safety and capability of effectively avoiding such accidents as enwinding and wounding; operators can not contact with the silencer directly, which can prevent accident scalding from the silencer.
