The fuse base is provided with a locking device through a locking shaft pin, the locking device comprises a locking plate and a locking plate striking flake which is fixedly connected with the locking plate, and the locking plate is provided with a locking shaft pin hole. The lever mechanism is fixed on the fuse carrier through a lever shaft pin, and the locking device adds and reduces pressure of a contact between the fuse base and the fuse carrier through the lever mechanism. When the system has short circuit fault, the fuse carrier first disconnects to cut off an arc current, and the locking device prevents products from fusing and welding, thus the fuse carrier is safe to drop. The new outdoor high-tension drop-type fuse expands application range, ensures running quality of overhead power distribution networks, and provides the most basic short circuit protection products to overhead lines of 10kV in China, which has a breaking capability of 16kA, thereby increasing reliability of power supply.
